The Bear and the Two Friends
One sunny afternoon, two friends, Ram and Shyam, were walking through a forest. They were laughing and talking, enjoying the fresh air. Suddenly, a large bear appeared in front of them. The bear growled loudly, and both friends became very scared.Ram quickly climbed a tall tree nearby. He didn’t even think about Shyam, who couldn’t climb trees. Shyam remembered that bears don’t harm dead people, so he lay down on the ground, held his breath, and stayed completely still.

The bat, who could fly like a bird but also had the body of a beast, decided not to join either side. When the birds asked him to join their army, the bat said, “I am a beast, not a bird.” But when the beasts asked for his help, he said, “I am a bird, not a beast.”
